I have attached a bitmap pic that I would like to be the background of the page, but i’d like it increased in size without losing clarity and only the outside borders of the shield showing as well as the diamond it’s in, with everything within the shield’s borders being white… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Banner Design, CSS, Graphic Design, Photo Editing, Website Design)
