fix Kayako Ticketing System large attachment ticket problem. by webnova

Description Right now we are using Kayko support suit managing the ticket system, by using Cpanel and PIPE, everything works fine, but we just won’t be able to receive larege attachement , it seems like anything over 1M will be igorned… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Script Installation)
